The summit was structured around four key themes: (a) Leadership Traits for Mothers, (b) Motherhood Leadership Behaviors, (c) Motherhood Leadership Dynamics, and (d) Virtual Team Leadership for Mothers. Created by Dr. Yanli He, the GMLS marked the first-ever global summit dedicated to integrating the dimensions of organizational leadership into motherhood in practice, emphasizing the interconnectedness of motherhood, leadership, wisdom, beauty, and ethics.

“We, humans, created AI to make machines assist us, enhancing efficiency and productivity. It makes sense that machines cannot innovate and lead by themselves automatically. Behind Machine Learning is human effort—leadership, ongoing learning, and research—to innovate AI and lead its sustainable development in the virtual and AI settings”. – Dr. Yanli He
“Do we like artificial flavors? Artificial flowers? Sure. But we ultimately pay a premium price for the real thing at the grocery store. Likewise, human intelligence is more valuable, more expensive than its artificial counterparts.”
– Dr. Yanli He, Green AI Summit Held at Harvard University
