New Year Wishes for the Year of the Horse

Dear friends, partners, team members, and clients,

Happy Lunar New Year! Welcome to the Year of the Horse!

In many cultures, the Horse represents strength, courage, success, and forward momentum. In Chinese culture, we often say “马到成功”, which means that success arrives the moment the horse moves forward. As we step into the new year, I sincerely wish everyone swift achievement and smooth progress.

Over the past year, through our work at the Post-Pandemic Leadership Research Institute, we have achieved meaningful transformations in virtual team leadership, global motherhood leadership, and startup sustainability.

In the meantime, at Startups LEAD, we have supported hundreds of startups throughout their lifecycle — from company formation and team building to financial management, project execution, risk management, and organizational scaling. We have helped them create and maximize shared value across the startup ecosystem.

Beyond business milestones, we have also celebrated life’s meaningful moments alongside our clients— witnessing their marriages (AHOUSE), welcoming new babies (MY Dumpling), and sharing in the joy and humanity behind entrepreneurship.
