Silicon Valley Startup Leadership Festival 2025 Successfully Held on April 6

On April 6, 2025, the Silicon Valley Startup Leadership Festival (SVSLF) was successfully held at Dobe WE” Coworking Space in California. This event was co-hosted by the Post-Pandemic Leadership Research Institute (PLRI), Dobe USA, and Wealthford LEAD. The purpose of SVSLF is to bring together CEOs, founders, and thought leaders across various industries to share real entrepreneurial experiences and to celebrate the vital role of effective leadership in driving the sustainable growth of startups.

The Roots of SVSLF

The concept of SVSLF was initiated by Dr. Yanli He, a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership. Dr. He is the President of PLRI and the Founder of Wealthford LEAD. In August 2022, Dr. He was invited by Dobe WE” Co-working Space to deliver a livestream keynote in Silicon Valley, in collaboration with her business partner Mr. Ralph Hodgen. Their presentation, titled “The Path to Success in Silicon Valley for Global Startups”, received significant praise and engagement internationally.

Since 2022, under Dr. He’s guidance and with the continued support of the Dobe WE” team, hundreds of Silicon Valley startups have grown from the ground up into sustainable businesses. Drawing from a wealth of real-world case studies, Dr. He formulated the Seven Core Pillars of Startup Leadership, which ultimately led to the founding of SVSLF:

Over the past three years, the initial startups have evolved into mature, sustainable enterprises. The launch of SVSLF marks the first dedicated festival in Silicon Valley celebrating the growth and success of startups driven by effective leadership.
